First please make sure that:
1) The volume is all the way up on your guitar
2) The volume on your phone is all the way up (make sure the phone mount is not hitting the volume button)
3) The volume on the Jamstack is all the way up
4) The volume of the pedal preset is all the way up
5) The effect level is not less than ~25%
