There are a few reasons you're not getting enough volume:
Note: The volume should always be louder in effects mode versus bypass mode (i.e through your phone as opposed to the unit by itself). If it’s not, please contact us at support@jamstack.io for troubleshooting.
1. If you're using an Android phone with the Deplike app, you need to turn the volume all the way up. Or click HERE to watch how to get louder volume with Deplike.
2. If you're using an iPhone and you're not getting enough sound, the sound is crackling or not working at all, you might have a defective cable. PLEASE CONTACT US at support@jamstack.io to speak with an agent who can troubleshoot and help fix the problem.
