The Jamstack 2 has the most advanced Bluetooth chip on the market. However, the newer versions of Android have changed how the communicate with BLE (Bluetooth low energy) which is how the control app connects to the Jamstack 2. This can also fix BT music on iOS as well.
We have created a custom desktop app that will allow you to update our Bluetooth module which fixes this issue permanently. This will work on both Mac and PC and should only take a few minutes.
Note: If you can borrow an iOS device just to do the firmware update, it will handle this BT update also and after that your Android phone will work forever after.
